We manage manufacturing of steel members using Hot Rolled Sections to BS EN 10025 and Cold Formed Sections to BS EN 10219. We are also able to manufacture custom fabricated steel beams and columns from plates when conventional is not in stock or the project requires designed members. The steel is manufactured at our partner’s workshop in Spain in co-ordinately with Triangle Engineering Ltd. All steelwork manufactured in workshop is CE Marked to BS EN 1090-1:2009.
We apply paint schemes to protect the steel members from corrosion using a coating system appropriate to the environment category classification of the location of construction according to BS EN 12944.
For locations with the highest environment category classification we usually install Hot Dipped Galvanised Steel to BS EN 1461. We take the manufactured steel members to a galvanising accredited plant for this process.
We have fully qualified and experienced erectors on construction sites. Welders in the workshop and on construction sites are qualified according to Standards.
Finally, we do intumescent paint works which is one of the most common specifications in projects for steel structures. We apply the paint scheme according to BS 476: Part 21 Fire resistance for load bearing elements of structural steel. The engineer issues a report to certificate its performance and quality when work completed.
We use International and Nullfire products:
